Found a useful list of commands to improve fps in cod4, i was actually gonna write up my own list and also a guide but i can’t be bothered lol. Anyway this short guide looks promising and definately looks like it will boost fps/performance considerably. Nixon the guy who started the thread for this guide also attached his config to the post. Try out the config and see how well it does for you. He says he gets 125 fps with a 7900gs, not bad.

I’ve already implemented most of the tweaks and commands listed before i read nixon’s post but there are a few i didn’t actually know about. Definately worth a look!

Found a couple more good places to get some decent configs from, the first one is from cod4 central and the second is from bashandslash.
